DMCA Policy

Wbc Games Today ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if their content has been mistakenly removed.

We will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If we receive a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made available on Wbc Games Today in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may send us a written DMCA notice. Your notice must include substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL link to the specific page or item).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page.
